Any amounts owed by either party prior to termination remain owed after termination.

6. Dispute Resolution

All legal relationships between you and Scattered Secrets are governed by Dutch law. All disputes related to legal relationships between you and Scattered Secrets to which this User Agreement apply will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.

7. General Terms

If a court with authority over this Agreement finds any part of it not enforceable, you and us agree that the court should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. If the court cannot do that, you and us agree to ask the court to remove that unenforceable part and still enforce the rest of this Agreement. To the extent allowed by law, the English version of this Agreement is binding and other translations are for convenience only. Override any security feature of the Services;

If you are less than 18 years old, you cannot use Scattered Secrets without the permission of your parents or legal guardian.

If you want to make use of Scattered Secrets, you need to make an account. For that purpose, we will collect the following personal data: your email address, IP address, and your country (which is automatically determined based on your IP address). If you have a paid account which allows you to monitor multiple email addresses, we will collect those additional email addresses from you as well, so that we can monitor them. You can optionally provide us with your full name and phone number. The purpose of collecting this additional data is to verify your account if needed.
